Frontier outage/Issue

We are receiving reports of Frontier analog phone line service outages and cloud phone service issues. When contacting Frontier (800-921-921-8101) there was a message that the area we were reporting is experiencing a service impacting outage and would not let us speak with a live person.

Also on https://downdetector.com/status/frontier/map/ it does show that people are reporting issues nationwide.

We will do all we can to help mediate and communicate, but a resolution is in Frontiers court.

If not automatically triggering, we can in most cases set call forwarding for you until the issue is resolved, and we can discuss redundant internet options.
