5/17/24, 9:55AM PT : We have received multiple calls that internet is down and all are Frontier customers so far. Going to https://downdetector.com/status/frontier/map/ it does show that people are reporting issues in Southern California and a couple other locations.
We will do all we can to help mediate and communicate, but a resolution is in Frontiers court.
If not automatically triggering, we can set call forwarding for you until the issue is resolved, and we can discuss redundant internet options since Frontier outages are all too common.
