From cnet.com: "We are experiencing a network issue impacting voice services for some customers in parts of Southern California. Our engineers have identified the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible," Verizon said in an emailed statement. "Customers can try placing their device in airplane mode for 30 seconds or restarting their phone if they are impacted and that should fix the issue."
We at TVC have had very little reports of this issue still occurring today.
4/27/2021 We have several reports of calls to Verizon Wireless callers disconnecting between multiple carriers. We do not have control of their technical team nor their network, but we will keep you updated and we assume this will be corrected by Verizon Wireless very soon.
